The establishment of a new parish by the diocese necessitated the presence and ministry of sisters to carry out the mission effectively. Keeping this purpose in mind, the  provincial, Rev. Sr. Vimal Rose & Team initiated a new convent  in Naduvil parish and it was structured on 4th October 2011. Citing the special need of counselling in the locality, a counselling centre took its origin to provide mental and spiritual health services.
