The members of Thalassery province had a fruitful dream to have a permanent provincial house with basic convenience because the temporary provincial house at Pushpagiri was not apt to execute the provincial administrations. Still we were patiently waited for the will of God and the time of HIS Plan. Finally our dreams and prayers fulfilled. God's loving care and intervention were very visible when we could purchase a plot of land in Kannur, Male Chovva for provincial house. Next, our attention turned to build a provincial house there. Holding HIS powerful hands we started the construction work. God almighty inspired Fr. Stephen Jayaraj OFM Cap. and he became an instrument in God's hands and he is the very  person who has done all the arrangements in purchasing land, starting the construction works and also we received financial assistance too from him . Our gratitude is beyond words and we are indebted to him a lot. Here we can't ignore the strain, stress and the pain of the Provincial Sr. Melanie and her team for the dream fulfilling of the new provincial house at Kannur. Their foresight and vision is remarkable and it became the milestone in the current developments of the province.

            His Grace. Mar. George Valiamattam has kindly consented to bless the newly constructed provincial house at Male Chovva in 29^th May 2002. This house in Male Chovva is now a blessing to the surrounding people. Our sisters render their valuable services in the various activities like catechism, home mission, prayer services etc. in the parish and in two Akasaparava centres such as 'Prathyasa Bhavan' and 'Amala Bhavan'.
