In Orissa, in the Mission area of Thalassery province, we began a convent in a small building at Belpahar named Rani Maria Convent. On 15th May, 1996, Rev.Fr. Scaria Ponnadathamkuzhi blessed the new convent. In spite of a lot of difficulties and threats, the sisters are enthusiastic about the village work and various other social activities with ardent mission spirit.  Later we purchased land and constructed a new building and continue our service there by the ministry of education,leprosy care and a dispensary
